1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and مجلس الأعمال العراقي الإماراتي · Iraq-UAE Business Council (the "operator") about using the Invest in Iraq platform. By creating an account or signing in you accept them and confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to act for your organisation.
Provider and developer: the Invest in Iraq platform is provided and developed by the Iraq-UAE Business Council, which holds all rights in it — the software, the design, the content, the name and the logo. None of them may be copied, reused or published without the council's written permission.
2. The service
The Iraq-UAE Business Council's portal for investors: the investment advisor and the investor guide to Iraq, the set-up path, investment opportunities, the directory of Iraqi companies, investors' requests to the council, and the council team's tools to follow them up. Available features may vary by account type.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Report unauthorised use immediately. The operator may suspend accounts for abuse or breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Use contact data only for lawful business outreach, respecting applicable law and anyone who asks not to be contacted.
- No bulk unsolicited messaging, no resale of the directory, no automated extraction outside the platform, no attempts to breach or disrupt the platform.
- No unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Your data
Your organisation's data remains its property. You can export it at any time. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Machine-generated content
Analyses, summaries and answers produced by AI or the research engine may contain errors or outdated information. Review them before relying on them for any decision.
7. Fees
The platform is completely free: no subscriptions, no plans and no charge for any feature, and no payment method is ever asked for.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability without an absolute guarantee; maintenance or events beyond our control may cause interruptions, and scheduled ones are announced in advance.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. The operator may terminate for material breach, keeping data export available for 30 days.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. The operator is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and total liability is limited to what the organisation paid in the preceding twelve months.
